Pear or Apple Cobbler
Ingredients
4 pears, cored and cut into 1/2-inch slices, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, ⅓ cup maple syrup, 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
Set your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a bowl, toss pears with lemon juice until coated and spread them in a 9x9-inch baking dish. Pour maple syrup and 2 tablespoons of melted butter over the pears, tossing to combine. In another bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter, flour, and cinnamon until crumbly; sprinkle this over the fruit. Bake for about 45 minutes until the crust turns golden and the pears become tender.
