Fig and Prosciutto Appetizer Bites
Ingredients
4 ounces honey-flavored goat cheese, 3 ounces prosciutto, 2 fresh figs, thinly sliced, 2 leaves fresh basil, cut into thin strips, ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Flatten goat cheese between sheets of plastic wrap into a 4x8-inch rectangle. Layer prosciutto over the cheese, flip the sheets so the cheese side is up, and remove the top plastic. Top with figs, basil, and black pepper, then roll tightly into a log from the long edge. Wrap in plastic and chill for at least 2 hours.
