Air Fryer Lobster Tails with Lemon-Garlic Butter
Ingredients
2 (4 ounce) lobster tails, 4 tablespoons butter, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1 clove garlic, grated, salt and ground black pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley, 2 wedges lemon
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees F (195 degrees C). Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting through the top shell and meat, then spread the halves apart and place them meat-side up in the fryer basket. Melt butter in a saucepan, adding garlic and lemon zest until fragrant. Brush some of the butter onto the lobster and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until opaque. Drizzle the remaining butter over the tails and garnish with parsley and lemon before serving.
