Pineapple Crisp
Ingredients
2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 egg, ½ cup butter, melted, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and spread well-drained pineapple into a 9x9-inch square baking pan. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and egg until the mixture is crumbly, then spoon it evenly over the pineapple. Pour melted butter over the top, sprinkle with cinnamon, and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the top is lightly browned and the filling is bubbly. Serve hot or cold.
