Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking soda, then create a well in the middle. Stir in the eggs, vanilla, and crushed pineapple with its juice until the batter is smooth. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
