Fig and Arugula Salad
Ingredients
4 cups arugula, 8 fresh figs, quartered, ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Combine arugula, figs, Parmesan, and pine nuts in a large salad bowl. Just before serving, whisk together honey and balsamic vinegar to drizzle over the top.
