Grilled Pineapple
Ingredients
1 fresh pineapple - peeled, cored and cut into 1 inch rings, 3 tablespoons melted butter, ΒΌ teaspoon honey, 1 dash hot pepper sauce, salt to taste
Instructions
Put pineapple rings into a large zip-top bag. Combine with butter, honey, hot sauce, and salt. Close the bag and shake well to ensure the fruit is fully coated. Let the pineapple marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Heat an outdoor grill to high and lightly grease the grate. Cook the pineapple slices for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until they are hot and show grill marks.
