Ingredients

4 medium mangos - peeled, seeded, and cubed, ΒΌ cup fresh lime juice, 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, 2 tablespoons chopped shallots, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

Put mango cubes in a serving bowl. In another bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, red pepper flakes, cilantro, shallots, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the mangoes and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
