Pear and Gorgonzola Cheese Pizza
Ingredients
1 (16 ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust dough, 4 ounces sliced provolone cheese, 1 Bosc pear, thinly sliced, 2 ounces chopped walnuts, 2 ½ ounces Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and prepare a medium baking sheet with the pizza crust dough. Lay down the Provolone cheese, then arrange Bosc pear slices on top and finish with a sprinkling of walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese. Bake the pizza for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown. Once removed from the oven, garnish with fresh chives, slice, and serve.
