Ingredients

2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped, 2 oranges - peeled, pith removed, and cut into segments, ½ cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, 2 fresh figs, cut into 1-inch cubes, ¼ cup vinaigrette dressing, or to taste

Instructions

Toss together the lettuce, oranges, Gorgonzola, and figs in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the top and stir until everything is evenly coated.
