Ingredients

cooking spray, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon salt, 4 ripe bananas, mashed, 2 large eggs, ⅔ cup white sugar, ½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

Set your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare an 8x4-inch loaf pan with grease. Combine the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. In another container, mash the bananas and blend with eggs and sugar. Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then gently fold in the walnuts. Pour into the pan and bake for 55 to 65 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool on a rack for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan to finish cooling before slicing.
