Recipe Pineapple-Infused Vodka

Arrange pineapple slices around the inside of a large glass jar. Fill the jar with vodka until the fruit is fully submerged. Close the jar tightly and keep it in a cool, dark location for 10 days. Discard the pineapple slices and pour the vodka through a fine-mesh strainer into a clean jar, then seal and store in the refrigerator.
