Chamoyada
Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen mango cubes, 1 (6 ounce) can pineapple juice, ½ lime, 2 teaspoons chili-lime seasoning (such as Tajin®), 2 tablespoons chamoy (Mexican chili fruit condiment)
Instructions
Blend mango and pineapple juice together in a blender until smooth and set aside. Prepare a glass by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into 1 teaspoon of chili-lime seasoning. Squeeze the lime juice into the glass, then stir in 1 tablespoon of chamoy and the rest of the chili-lime seasoning. Fill the glass halfway with the mango-pineapple blend, add another tablespoon of chamoy sauce, and finish by pouring the rest of the fruit mixture on top.
