Peach Pie
Ingredients
10 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced, ⅓ cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup white sugar, ¼ cup butter, 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
Instructions
Combine the flour, sugar, and butter until the mixture resembles crumbs. Line a 9-inch pie plate with one crust and layer it with sliced peaches. Alternately sprinkle the crumb mixture and add more peaches until all ingredients are used. Cover with lattice strips of pie crust and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let the pie cool completely before serving for the best results.
