Mango, Peach and Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients
2 mangos, peeled, seeded and chopped, 2 small peaches, halved, pitted, and cut into 1/2-inch dice, 1 cup diced fresh pineapple, 4 tomatoes, chopped, 1 white onion, diced, 1 red bell pepper, diced, 1 yellow bell pepper, diced, 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 small jalapeno pepper, minced, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste, ¾ cup water
Instructions
Combine the mango, peach, pineapple, tomato, onion, peppers, and cilantro in a large bowl. Incorporate the garlic, jalapeno, lime juice, salt, sugar, and water. Cover and chill the mixture for at least one hour before serving.
