Baked Fish Fillets
Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil, or to taste, 2 pounds mackerel fillets, 1 teaspoon salt, ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper, ¼ cup butter, melted, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, ⅛ teaspoon ground paprika
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Arrange the mackerel fillets in the dish and season them with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, combine butter, lemon juice, and paprika, then drizzle the mixture over the fish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the mackerel is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
