No Bake Fruitcake
Ingredients
1 pound halved candied cherries, 4 cups chopped pecans, 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk, 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk, 1 cup flaked coconut, 1 cup raisins, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers, crushed
Instructions
Combine the candied cherries, chopped pecans, condensed milk, coconut milk, flaked coconut, raisins, vanilla, and crushed vanilla wafers in a large bowl. Mix well, noting that the batter will be quite stiff. Press the mixture into a pan and store it in the refrigerator.
