Tart Tropical Parfait
Ingredients
1 (5.3 ounce) container low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt, ½ cup chopped kiwi, 2 tablespoons chopped macadamia nuts, 1 teaspoon agave nectar, 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
Instructions
Layer 1/3 cup of yogurt into a glass or jar. Add half of the kiwi, macadamia nuts, and agave on top. Repeat the process with the remaining yogurt and toppings, finishing with a garnish of mint.
