Tropical Kiwi Ice Pops
Ingredients
1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk, 3 tablespoons white sugar, 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, 1 banana, chopped, 1 cup chopped kiwi fruit
Instructions
Combine coconut milk and sugar in a bowl, then transfer to a blender. Add pineapple and banana and blend until smooth. Fill ice pop molds with the mixture, press in kiwi slices, and freeze for 8 hours or overnight until solid.
