Ingredients

1 (.6 ounce) package sugar-free lime Jell-O®, 1 cup boiling water, 1 (15.25 ounce) can pear halves in juice, 1 (3 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened, 1 ½ cups reduced-fat frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine lime gelatin and boiling water, whisking until the gelatin has completely dissolved. Pour the liquid into a blender, add the pears and cream cheese, and blend until smooth. Return the mixture to the bowl and gently fold in the whipped topping. Transfer to a mold or serving dish, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours until firm. To serve, briefly dip the mold in warm water to loosen and invert onto a plate.
