Pineapple Glaze for Ham
Ingredients
1 (15.25 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained with juice reserved, 1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained, 1 cup brown sugar
Instructions
Pin pineapple slices and cherries onto the ham using toothpicks before baking. In a microwave-safe bowl, blend brown sugar with the saved pineapple juice and heat for 5 minutes until thickened. During the final hour of baking, apply the glaze to the ham every 15 minutes until it is completely used.
