Instant Pot® Ham
Ingredients
1 (2 pound) frozen whole ham, 1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, ¼ cup dark brown sugar, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 2 tablespoons water, or as needed
Instructions
Set the ham on a trivet inside a multi-functional pressure cooker. Add the crushed pineapple, brown sugar, and maple syrup over the meat. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 35 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 to 40 minutes before removing the ham and slicing it. Use the Saute setting to thicken the remaining juices with a mixture of cornstarch and water, then pour the finished sauce over the ham.
