Pear Pie
Ingredients
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust, 3 cups sliced Bartlett pears, 1 cup sour cream, ½ cup white sugar, 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, 1 egg, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Set your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and place the pie crust in a 9-inch dish. Layer pear slices inside the crust. In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, egg, vanilla, and salt, then pour over the pears. Create a crumb topping by mixing 1/2 cup flour, butter, 1/4 cup sugar, and cinnamon. Bake the pie for 35 minutes, sprinkle with the topping, and finish baking for 10 more minutes until golden.
