Lemon Rosemary Salmon
Ingredients
1 lemon, thinly sliced, 4 sprigs fresh rosemary, 2 salmon fillets, bones and skin removed, coarse salt to taste, 1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
Instructions
Set the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place half of the lemon slices and two rosemary sprigs in a baking dish, then place salmon fillets on top. Season with salt and add the rest of the rosemary and lemon. After drizzling with olive oil, bake for 20 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
