Clean Banana Oat Cookies
Ingredients
2 bananas, mashed, ¼ cup milk, 1 large egg, beaten, 1 teaspoon honey, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup rolled oats, or as needed, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon baking powder, ⅛ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Set the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine mashed bananas, milk, egg, honey, and vanilla. Stir in the oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until the mixture is well blended, adding extra oats if the consistency is too thin. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared sheet, leaving space between them. Bake for about 15 minutes until the edges are golden and the tops look dry.
