Ingredients

1 (16.5 ounce) package refrigerated sliceable sugar cookies, sliced, 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened, ¼ cup sugar, ½ teaspoon vanilla, 4 cups assorted cut-up fruit (kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, drained canned mandarin oranges), ¼ cup apricot preserves, pressed through sieve to remove lumps, 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a 12-inch pizza pan with foil and apply cooking spray. Press cookie dough slices into the pan to form a single-layer crust. Bake for 14 minutes and let cool completely. Carefully remove the foil and flip the crust onto a plate. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla using a mixer until smooth, then spread over the crust. Arrange fruit on top. Whisk together preserves and water, brush the mixture over the fruit, and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
