Watermelon Ice Pops
Ingredients
1 ½ cups watermelon, seeded and diced, ½ cup water, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon white sugar
Instructions
Combine watermelon, water, honey, lemon juice, and sugar in a blender; process until smooth. Transfer the liquid into ice pop molds and freeze until solid, approximately 2 hours. Briefly run the molds under warm water to easily release the frozen pops.
