Apple Chips
Ingredients
2 Golden Delicious apples, cored and thinly sliced, 1 ½ teaspoons white sugar, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Set your oven to 225 degrees F (110 degrees C). Lay the apple slices in a single layer across a metal baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle the mixture evenly over the apples. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until the apples are dry and the edges have curled. Use a metal spatula to move the chips to a wire rack to cool and become crispy.
