Ingredients

1 cup dry bread crumbs, ΒΌ cup vegetable oil, 4 flounder fillets, 1 egg, beaten, 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

Heat your air fryer to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Combine bread crumbs and oil in a small bowl until crumbly. Coat the fish fillets in egg, shaking off the excess, then press them into the bread crumb mixture to coat thoroughly. Arrange the fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for approximately 12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily. Serve garnished with fresh lemon slices.
