Ingredients

1 cantaloupe - peeled, seeded and cubed, 2 cups orange juice, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, ΒΌ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

Peel, seed, and dice the cantaloupe. Combine the cantaloupe and 1/2 cup of orange juice in a blender or food processor; cover and blend until smooth. Pour into a large bowl and stir in the lime juice, cinnamon, and remaining orange juice. Cover and refrigerate for one hour or more. Garnish with fresh mint if desired.
