Mango Sorbet
Ingredients
4 mangos - peeled, seeded, and cubed, 1 cup simple syrup, 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Instructions
Puree cubed mango in a food processor until smooth. Blend in simple syrup and lime juice. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze until firm.
