Ingredients

¼ cup honey, or to taste, 1 lemon, juiced, 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger root, ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, 3 ½ cups boiling water

Instructions

Combine honey, lemon juice, ginger, and cinnamon in a teapot or large glass measuring cup. Pour boiling water over the ingredients and stir until the honey dissolves. Cover and let the mixture steep for 5 minutes. Pour into a mug, straining out the ginger pieces if preferred.
