Coffee-Dusted Pear Galette
Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, 1 ½ teaspoons white granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon fine sea salt, ½ cup unsalted butter, frozen, 7 tablespoons ice-cold water, or more as needed, divided, 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash), 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar, 1 sheet Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil, 1 sheet Reynolds® Parchment Paper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt, then grate in cold butter and mix until pea-sized before adding water to form a dough disk to chill. Toss pear slices with brown sugar, cocoa, coffee, vanilla, and salt for the filling. Roll the dough into four 6-inch circles, top with the pear mixture, fold the edges, and bake at 400 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes after chilling briefly in the freezer.
