Cherry Cheesecake Brownies
Ingredients
1 cup butter, 2 cups white sugar, ⅔ cup cocoa powder, 4 eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1 cup gluten-free all purpose baking flour, ½ teaspoon gluten-free baking powder, ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. Melt butter in the microwave for 1 minute, then stir in cocoa powder and sugar. Beat in four eggs one by one with an electric mixer and add vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl, then mix into the batter and pour into the pan. Separately, beat cream cheese, sugar, and one egg until smooth. Spoon dollops of the cream cheese mixture and cherries over the batter, then swirl with a knife. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until set. Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into bars.
