Ingredients

ice, 2 fluid ounces rye whiskey, ¾ fluid ounce Benedictine liqueur, 2 dashes aromatic bitters (such as Peychaud's®, 1 maraschino cherry

Instructions

Add ice to a cocktail shaker and pour in the whiskey and Benedictine. Add the bitters, cover, and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
