Ingredients
18 (3 inch) unbaked tart shells, 7 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons butter, melted, 1 teaspoon pear-flavored white balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 3 large ripe d'Anjou pears - peeled, cored, and diced, 3 tablespoons chopped almonds
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and arrange tart shells on a baking sheet. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, melted butter, balsamic vinegar, and cinnamon, then stir in pears and chopped almonds until they are well coated. Fill the tart shells with the pear mixture and bake for approximately 45 minutes until the tarts are golden brown.
