1 lb ground beef, 1–2 chipotle peppers in adobo (finely chopped), 1 tbsp adobo sauce, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
